Gullfoss
Part of the Golden Circle, Gullfoss is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Iceland. Gullfoss is 105 feet (32m). Gullfoss known as the Golden Falls is located in a vast canyon along the Hvítá river. It was nearly impossible to see this waterfall without getting drenched in the process, but oh it was so worth it! My friends can be seen scurrying off in the distance trying to avoid the almighty falls. Sometimes people feel the water and others just get wet. I can definitely say I felt the water that day and could have hung out here for hours admiring the captivating beauty that Iceland has to offer.
From afar, this waterfall looks as if it vanishes into the earth as it falls into a crevice.
