  My first Triathlon for the year took place on June 17th in St. Mary’s, Maryland! This was the first annual St. Mary’s Triathlon located in a former colonial town that was Maryland’s first colonial settlement and capital. Oh Ragnar we meet again! This was my third Ragnar race of the year! I had the pleasure of running Ragnar Trail Richmond along with  Ragnar Trail Appalachians West Virginia, but this was my first road relay race!
