Spontaneous weekend trip to Niagara Falls, because why not!? I have quite the case of of the waterfall bug if you haven’t noticed and have surprisingly never seen Niagara Falls until now. Niagara Falls is a magnificent waterfall along the international border of Canada and New York. Niagara Falls features three sets of waterfalls including American Falls, Bridal Veil Falls and Horseshoe Falls. Horseshoe Falls is among the biggest while Bridal Veil Falls is the smallest of the three.

Oh Niagara you take my breathe away! Gazing into the distance of Horseshoe Falls which is the most powerful waterfall in North America! This waterfall drops a whopping 165 feet! (50m)

Boat tours are available for those who want to get up close and personal with the Falls! 🙂

I woke up early on Sunday morning and went for a nice run along the Falls. Pictured above are the American Falls.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

Niagara Falls is located 133km south of Toronto and is about an hour and half drive away. From the South, Niagara Falls is 20 miles outside of Buffalo, New York and is about a 25 minute drive.
